Who we are
Sandwich Holiday and Second Home Management is based in Sandwich, Kent. The site is sandwichrental.co.uk. Contact: hello@sandwichrental.co.uk.
What we collect
- Name, phone number, email, property address or area, whether you're letting or need Second Home Care, and the details you submit through the contact form.
- Photos and documents you send to us on WhatsApp or by email relating to your property.
- Basic server access logs (IP and user agent) kept by our host for security.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, carry out a property review, run the Airbnb management or Second Home Care service you've agreed to, and keep the records required for compliance and insurance purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest for replies and performance of a contract once a service is agreed.
How long we keep it
Property and booking records are kept for six years after a service ends, in line with normal accounting requirements. Unanswered form enquiries are deleted within twelve months.
Who else sees it
Nobody routinely. The form submits through our host (Krystal), sends email via Resend and lands in our business inbox. Booking and guest details may be visible to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo as part of running your listing, and to the trades we coordinate with (handyman, electrical, garden) where a job requires it. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email the address above and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site itself does not set tracking cookies beyond standard analytics. It does not embed third-party video.
